Slowly increase pace: Depends on your age, weight and baseline health and fitness condition. If you're a beginner, walking is a fantastic one. Be sure your knees are healthy, choose a pair of comfortable-not new-walking shoes (drugstore gel inserts make a big difference), take a 12oz bottle of water, wear sunscreen, hat, walk in the shade in a safe path, and start tor 20 min at a brisk pace moving your arms too.
