Needs labs: As both, a mother and a Doctor, I recommend you to take him to the Pediatrician for an overall check. He needs to have at least a complete blood work including not just for anaemia (red cells that carry iron ) but for white cells ( part of the immune system of defense). They'll check the liver, spleen, lungs, throat, ears, and heart, Tec. Nobody could diagnose without labs ,but please do so.
