This is a possible: side effect of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Call your prescribing MD right away, and consider stopping taking it in the meantime. This is the fastest way of decreasing the cause of the rash, but creams, lotions and the like can help. A local pharmacist can help in the short run. Follow up with a dermatologist if symptoms persist.

See doctor: Rash may or may not be from Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Don't know how long you've been on this med, dose etc. There are many other possible causes for rash. If you can't reach prescribing doctor, pcp or a dermatologist right away and you're in pain, go to urgent care for exam and proper diagnosis. Doctor must see your rash and get a better history. I hope this helps and you feel better soon.

Discuss w ur doc: Discuss this immediately with doctor who prescribed the Adderal. Until you do so and are examined you should hold off on taking the Adderal. A painful rash on your entire body can be serious and require immediate attention.
