Nutrition & exercise: Weight bearing exercises stimulate bone growth and should be a regular routine for you (3-4x a week). You will also need to take calcium (preferably from diet) and vit D3 supplement with magnesium added if necessary to counterbalance the constipation effect of calcium. If the problem progresses to osteoporosis, then you will need medications to reverse it.
