Nothing specific: The pattern of baby teeth does not predict/define how later/adult teeth will come in. They get what they get and you just work around it. A pediatric dentist can gove you more info after an exam.

Let's Watch it!: Since it is just erupting, we need to just sit back and relax and look at it again when it's fully in. In my 20 years of practicing pediatrics, I have never seen this happen in a patient. We never say never in medicine, but it is highly unlikely!
