Llq pain: Left lower abdominal distress, in the absence of any gynecological disorders could be due to low grade diverticulitis, adhesions(if you've had previous surgery) , even without other bowel symptoms. Other possibilities include an inguinal hernia or simple abdominal muscle strain. A consultation with an abdominal surgeon is recommended if symptoms persist.
