Routine: Help her by having a routine - same time each night, quieting the house, limiting exposure to TV and electronics, possibly a bath and a bedtime story. Set up the expectation that sleep is what happens at that time. Make that your normal. And prepare for her to test the limits. In the daytime, focus on exercise-running, jumping, climbing, then calming things down starting after dinner.
