Please have an: evaluation by a psychiatrist as soon as possible. It's not so much a matter of "normal" or "abnormal", yet there are all sorts of reasons that your disinterest may be occurring. However, medical causes must be ruled out and if there is indeed a medical reason for this, appropriate treatment can be implemented. Please present to the ER immediately if you feel like harming yourself. Good luck!

Depression: Depression is extremely common. However, the most important thing for you to realize is that your life can get better. You can create a purpose for yourself. Believe in yourself and that you can change your life. Seek help from a psychiatrist and try cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Please read about CBT. I recommend you exercise and eat a healthy diet and work hard to improve. It's possible.
