Sinus pressure: It sounds a lot like sinus pressure from the viral infection. It usually takes at least 10 days before a bacterial complication can be diagnosed. Try OTC Afrin (oxymetazoline) but be careful to STOP it after 3 days to avoid getting "hooked" or rebound congestion.
