See eye doctor to: Confirm eye protrusion measurements (exophthalmometer readings), check extraocular muscles & do dilated fundoscopic exam for optic nerves to see if imaging needed. If normal, have your thyroid checked with thyroid antibodies. Hyperthyroidism can cause orbital fat to enlarge causing the unilateral eye bulge. Check for frontal or ethmoidal sinus issues too. Stop smoking too. This can worsen bulging.
