Lymph node/infxn: Lumps on bikini line that increase or decrease in size can be a lymph node (if found in the crease between the leg and the pelvic region) or an infection of the hair follicle called folliculitis. Folliculitis are usually red spots that are painful/itchy while lymph nodes are typically rubbery and firm. One can get folliculitis with waxing/shaving the bikini line.
