There are various: causes of bradycardia, but you need to determine the underlying rhythm, whether it is sinus rhythm or something else. Benicar (olmesartan) should not affect your heart rate. You need to see your doctor to determine the underlying cardiac rhythm with ekg and treat your hypertension.
