Usually: Usually the other way around. Joint dysfunction can cause muscle tension.

It is possible: The primary muscle pain (myalgia), secondary TMJ (arthralgia) interconnected.

Yes: But you may have this in reverse order. TMJ disease can result in muscle spasm and aches, sometimes with bruxism.
