Angionrrotic Edema: Most probably it is angioedema . It is a kind of allergic reaction.It may be due to an insect bite or due to anything came in contact with your lips. I suggest you get it checked by your doctor. It may go down on its own but may require treatment with antihistamines etc.To make a diagnosis need a detailed history and physical exam .If it gets worse or cause difficulty breathing it is an emergency
