Get this examined: The only way this is going to be properly addressed is to see your physician or dentist. The fact it has happened twice means you have something wrong. Find out what is causing the problem and get this addressed. It can be an infection, cyst or a host of other problems.

Needs to be seen: There are many possibilities but without actually being able to go over your medical history along with a one on one personal examination, we could only speculate as to the cause. Start with seeing a dentist to rule out any dental problems and then see a physician if necessary.
