COPD: Mild COPDs may be reversible but you should avoid the etiology that caused the COPD. COPD by definition, is a chronic condition and avoiding culprit may decrease rate of decline of lung function. I hope this makes sense.

No: Nothing will reverse it. The most helpful thing for COPD is to quit smoking if you do smoke. If you don't, then try to find the cause and treat the underlying cause.
