Maybe: It depends on whether you have reached your growth potential. An exam and an XR of your wrist to assess your growth plates is a first step. All the best.

Platform shoes: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends & your bone maturity is that of a 18 yo there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity. If 18, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 15 you might grow an additional couple of inches. There are no magic solutions if your growth centers r closed.

Unfortunately,: You are probably at or near your maximum height. Genetics and environment (high quality diet) both contribute to your height. Diet would have a larger effect on children younger than you (and it is usually a decrease in growth due to malnutrition or poor diet, as opposed to increased growth due to excellent diet). Wish i had better news.

I expect this will not help too much, but "My handsome Dad was only 5'2" and I've had several relationships with great looking guys under 5'9". I suppose you're tired of hearing there is more than physical qualities (and it's true), but I'm saying there's more physical qualities than height, too!

Depends: It's all in the genetics-there is no solid answer for this. Mathematically you could calculate the "predicted average" for height using his parent's heights (in inches) [mom+dad+5]/2 = average predicted.Following growth curves (done by the pediatrician) over the first 2-4 years of life also helps predict what his final height may be, but there are other factors that don't enter these calculations
