I have a cut on my tonsil. it hurts to swallow, yawn other than that its ok. no white spots or other cuts. what is it from & how to heal it?

Will heal on its own: The cut on your tonsil, will heal on it's own. Just don't irritate it by yawning too much or touching it. It should heal in the next couple of days. Just continue to monitor it and see if there is any inflammation (puffiness or redness) or pus.

Hard to know: How long have you had this? Should heal on its own within a couple of days. If not, need to have it examined. Would suspect trauma (eg chocking on a chicken bone) or maybe tonsil stone related irritation.
