Increased frequency: hi ~ this could be nerves. Or a form of neurotic behaviour BUT ~ you MUST have your urine tested for infection (do UA) AND for SUGAR. If there is anything that is not normal with those 2 please see you MD for evaluation. Nerves etc can be treated with psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. thanks
