Water to start.: Believe it or not, dehydration can make you tired and achy - simply drinking enough water in a day - enough to make your urine appear almost clear - will give you energy if you're chronically on the dry side.

Water ,coconut juice: cocanut juice has alot of electrolytes and some sugar, Water is great and 1-2 cups of caffeine a day should be sufficient.
