About 10 hours ago i noticed in my right eye there was a segment of the eye that had become bloodshot, it has not go away yet, should i worry about it?

Does it hurt?: This could be something simple like viral or allergy but we can see this with inflammation of the eye. We call ythis iritis, episcleritis, etc If it is painful I would see your physician and maybe an ophthalmologist now. If it does not hurt it can still be inflammatory. If it surrounds the iris see the ophthalmologist as this can be inflammation
