At least: At least a few concepts: 1-ask your dr for advice on this, 2-in general carbs need to be controlled and carefully quantified in a coordinated manner with the treating dr, and : 3-complex, natural carbs (eg from fruits) are much better than refined (commercial sugar, pasta, common flour etc).
