Below: there would be changes on the MRI or CT of the brain days after a stroke. Ask your DR about this on your visit. If you are concerned that you had a stroke, you should be seen to determine what the problem is.

Yes: Both scans can show signs of strokes as they evolve over time however the key for you is to be evaluated by your personal or an ER physician. Additionally, small strokes that have symptoms completely resolve called TIA's may not show on imagining but are still very important to be evaluated.
