Probably not: If you are not lactose-intolerant or milk-allergic, the diarrhea is unlikely to be from pasteurized or cooked dairy. Most people do suffer from diarrhea from time to time -many of these episodes can be attributed to a viral infection or food contamination. Obviously if you drink only raw milk, you would likely be drinking some contaminated batches.
