?allergy: Any itching skin rash makes me suspect of an allergic reaction to either a medication(have you started taking any new pills recently?) or contact dermatitis which is allergy to any local skin applications like,sprays or skin creams/scents. Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for the time being, it might help and it is available over the counter. If the reaction is severe or does not settle down then you should see doct
