Treated together: Chlamydia and gonorrhea are caused by entirely different bacteria and respond best to different antibiotics. However, usually people with either of these STDs are treated for both, since they often occur together. Usually ceftriaxone injection for gonorrhea, plus either azithromcyin or doxycycline for chlamydia. Azithro and doxy also help treat gonorrhea, but are not reliable on their own.
