No: Have trouble breathing in is from upper airway obstruction or anxiety. If this becomes a recurrent problem then you need to make sure that your anxiety is resolved (with psychiatric counselling as well as medications) and consult an allergist or ENT to evaluate your upper airway area (vocal cord dysfunction is one possibility.)
