I have gall stones, very small but multiple stones, had 3 attack in 6 months. shall i go for surgery or can i wait if they flush out automatically.

See a surgeon.: if you've already had three attacks, it is likely that they will continue, it perhaps both in frequency and discomfort. I would recommend that you see a surgeon to discuss the pros and cons of proceeding with a cholecystectomy at this time. It is likely that surgery will be a good option for you. Good luck.

Gallstones.: Being you're having symptoms, your stones are likely getting stuck as they try to leave the gallbladder. So it's unlikely that these stones will be leaving your body any time soon. You're experiencing biliary colic, and the solution will eventually be gallbladder removal.
