Inflammation: Some research suggests inflammation as a possible cost for depression and anxiety.possibilities ranging from infections, such as the flu, to diets high in sugar and trans fats, to bullying and loneliness and legal hidden ingredient in most of our foods. My experience has been they are associated with high winds, pollen and ozone.
