See doctor: Not enough information there, but pus at the eyelid and facial swelling can be a sign of a serious infection that can spread (e.g. facial abscess, periorbital cellulitis, dacryocystitis, etc.)

Seek Help: Pus draining from the eye area could be a very dangerous situation. The person can have a pre-septal cellulitis, septal cellulitis, peri ocular abscess, or sinusitis. Left untreated can have brain abscess. Get this checked immediately, better safe than sorry. Sorry to alarm you but it is important to get evaluated and there is no other way to diagnose but with an in person physical exam.
