Vaginitis: Inflammation of the vagina can be caused by other issues other than an infection. For example, irritation of the vaginal lining can occur with sex itself, and then the acidity or saltiness of the urine can burn the irritated area etc. Best to get in to see the GYN for an evaluation and get diagnosed to see why you are spotting blood and burning with urination.
