Naprox Strong NSAID: Both R Non-Steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Naprox stronger. Aspirin(ASA) good for headache&minor pains (reduces platelet aggregation too). Severe pains need stronger Nsaids&allows person to function. However, NSAIDS also hold onto water, and dangerous in elderly esp w heart disease. Naproxin best with inflamed muscles&speeds recovery. They affect stomach lining more, antacids help. Use low dose
