Probably OK, but...: Most likely "4 antibiotics" means 4 pills of a single antibiotic, azithromycin (total 1 gram). The shot was ceftriaxone, to cover gonorrhea in case it was also present. It's usually recommended to wait a week before sex, but 4-5 days really isn't a problem. But only if you were also treated for chlamydia. If not, see your doctor today; you both may need re-treatment.
