Please, take it out: Removable partials (flipper) require proper care to keep them clean. It is best to soak the flipper in water with denture cleansing tablet overnight. Good luck.

Dental flipper: It is generally advisable to remove an appliance such as a denture, full or partial, including flippers, each night before you sleep. Leaving them in at night could lead to irritation or possible infection of your gum tissue.

Yes, not advisable: Yes you can, but not advisable. It is best to let the tissue under it rest and rebound and refill with fluid after a day of being compressed by the prosthesis. Also, you want the tissue to be able to remain clean and not have the mouth's natural bacteria trapped under the prosthesis all night long. And, you run the risk of clenching/grinding on it and possibly breaking it while sleeping. Good Luck
