Maybe: Since I haven't seen the HSG denoting the didelphys, I cannot tell if this is a complete malformation or the uterus on one side is reasonably normal and capable of containing a pregnancy or not. If you have doubts obtain a 2nd opinion from a board certified OB-GYN or Reproductive / Infertility specialist.

Not all or nothing: There are variations of this defect. I know one lady that went on to have 2 kids, her youngest just graduated HS. She was told the same thing, but always and never are hard words to prove. Look into some other opinions and use birth control unless you want a surprise when you're not ready.
