R/O RAYNAUDS: YES , it can present that way .Raynauds is vasospasm of blood vessels. It is usually symptomatic in hands and feet. It can be PRIMARY OR SECONDARY & ASSOCIATED WITH AUTOIMMUNE/COLLAGEN VASCULAR DISEASE. You need a full exam and lab TESTS. It can respond to ASPRIN/TRENTAL/CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS. Also ask your doc to check clotting tests if you are pregnant .
