Yes: This soon after general anesthesia and surgery could still cause too significant of a drop in his blood pressure in a hot tub and cause him to get nauseous or even pass out. I'd make sure he's at least a week out and is very, very well hydrated before he goes back in there. He may still have too much anesthesia stored in fat cells and risk may be more than the benefits
