Anal fluid leakage: Would follow up with gastroenterologist and get colonoscopy. Could be internal inflammatory process ( proctitis, Crohns,fistula, fissure, prolapse, rarely whipworm ) or lesions-wart /ulcers, pilonidal disease) and that should be evaluated f/u /w/ gastroenterology.
