Talk to doctor: Geodon (ziprasidone) is an antipsychotic med mostly used for serious psychiatric disorders. Why are you on this med and why do you want to stop it? A recent increase from 40 to 60 mg may be too much for you. Try writing down your questions/concerns and let your doc know.
