It is very bad News: Pancreatic Cancer is the most dangerous and difficult to treat Cancer there is. Yet there is some treatment available and it is getting slowly better each year. Right now it is a matter of trying to control and extend life by a few months if we are lucky. Treatment is mostly done using chemotherapy drugs for cases like this one who have spread (Metastatic).
