PG growth & BP: Slow pregnancy growth at 10 days of pregnancy is of little or no concern. However, your elevated blood pressure is something that your OB MD will have to monitor closely and maybe even treat with Rx if you had high blood pressure prior to being pregnant. You are at high risk for pre-eclampsia so please keep all your MD appointments;

Ultrasound: Transvaginal ultrasound examination 2 - 3 weeks apart will tell accurately, how the pregnancy progresses. If your blood pressure is elevated early on in pregnancy, you may need to go on blood pressure medication.
