Can smell of smoke reduce the chances of conceiving a baby is it harmful i want to get pregnant but i work where people smoke and i can smell?

No: Just make sure one's household is free of smoke, as smoke is bad for people and for babies. However, just the smell of smoke (would be a very small amount of smoke) should not have any effect.
