Need to be checked: We don't know your age.But pain in right lower abdomen with brown discharge&no gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea&vomiting can be due to pelvic infection.That is infection in your genital tract,uterus,tubes and ovaries if you are sexually active.Needs to be checked by your doctor.Who will exam and take a culture and if indicated an ultrasound or Cat Scan.And treat Less likely due to Appendiciti

Evaluation needed: Recurrent right lower abdominal discomfort may be due to ovarian or uterine disease but other possibilities include recurrent or persistent low grade appendicitis, or Crohn's disease involving the right ileocecal junction. In view of the vaginal discharge,I recommend that you first consult your gynecologist for evaluation.
