I'm afraid not: Low-normal iron stores without anemia have not been causally linked to fatigue, and iron supplementation without a deficiency has not been shown to help anything (except restless leg syndrome). While it's very tempting to attribute fatigue to a single correctable medical cause, the vast majority of the time the answer lies in dietary and exercise changes as well as stress reduction.
