Hi i tore my spleen it bled for a short time but only minor it had stopped hurting fully after 2/3 weeks but has started hurting a bit after 6 weeks?

Splenic rupture: It's possible that resuming normal physical activities reinjured splenic tissues and there would be concern about some bleeding into the spleen. I recommend an evaluation by an abdominal surgeon as soon as possible to be on the safe side. In the meantime avoid strenuous activity.
