Get stool checked: Most cases of traveler's diarrhea clear up quickly after return. If you are still having symptoms after 3 weeks, there may be a more serious problem, or one that needs treatment. A stool analysis and culture, and a check for parasites (ameba) may be in order to identify the cause. A short course of antibiotics may also be worth it if you haven't had any yet.
