Veins: this is not unusual to have the veins in your breasts to be different. This should not cause you any problem and the pain is probably unrelated. If it persists let a doctor see and determine the cause

Painful bulging: Multiple causes of pain in breast with visible veins. See your doctor for an evaluation - go right away if your breast is tender or if you have any fever, armpit tenderness, or swelling.
