Keep getting really bad itchy rash all over and my hands swell up. the hospital gave me steroids and anti histamines but 4 days later no improvement!!

Under siege: If the rash comes and goes it sounds like urticaria and angioedema. I know the itching can be even worse than pain. See an allergist to determine if there is an allergic cause. Meanwhile, stop any new medicines, examine your diet for high risk foods like nuts and sea foods. You may need to increase your antihistamines and repeat the steroids. This will resolve at some point.
