Perinidal Abscess: i small lump in front of the ear may represent a perinidal sinus. It is possible for these to become infected and swollen. These sometimes need to be drained and be treated with antibiotics. All the best and be evaluated soon.

Ive had a swollen lymph node behind my ear (thumb sized) for about 10 years. At least since I can remember. But I just read today that lumps could be a sign of lymphoma? Now Im worried. It hasnt changed in size or grown if that helps?
