Unclear Problem: When man urinates he initially adjusts his stream so urine goes into the toilet. Full bladder is pushing hard so one tends to aim down as to not urinate on the toilet. As stream decreases, adjustments need made, such as standing closer to toilet & raising angle up somewhat so the decreasing stream goes in toilet. Maybe happens when U just awakened or following a few drinks or not paying attention
